Q: When Will I Receive a Confirmation Email?

We automatically send confirmation email receipts 24 hours within placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email.

Q: When Will I Receive my Tracking Number?

Once we receive your order information, you will receive a tracking number for your order in 6-8 business days. The USPS tracking number will be emailed to you separately and please check your spam folder. The tracking number will allow you to track your package from our door to yours. Please allow 6-8 days for the shipment scan to update. You can also view the status of your order and tracking number by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.

Q: Can I Return or Exchange Items?

Yes, all returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Click here to view our full return policy and fill out our Return/Exchange Form. Q: Where Do You Ship Orders?

FLA Team Shop currently ships to the U.S. and Canada. All orders ship via USPS. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders to Canada could be delayed due to customs.

As Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers work towards a new agreement, we're preparing for potential impacts, including a possible labor disruption on or after May 22, 2025. Plan for possible delays for Canadian shipments during and after the potential strike period.

Q: When Will FLA Team Shop Ship My Item?

*Due to increased order volume for Winter Classic please allow up to 3 weeks for orders to ship*

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Most US orders ship from FLA Team Shop within 6-8 business days of placement. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail once your order has been packaged for shipment with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for the shipment scan to update. You can also view the status of your order and tracking number by logging in to your account and viewing your orders. Please check your spam folders for e-mails.

If there should be any circumstance beyond the carriers control (weather, natural disasters, etc.) your delivery may be delayed. These situations do not allow us to refund costs. We have the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason. Prices on FLATeamShop.com are subject to change without notice.

Holiday Shipping Information: US orders placed by December 10th will ship for holiday delivery. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time. Shop in-store 7 days a week at Pantherland at FTL War Memorial.

Q: What is the Cost of Standard Shipping? International Shipping?
