Q: When Will I Receive a Confirmation Email? 
We automatically send confirmation email receipts 24 hours within placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not recieved an email.
Q: When Will I Receive my Tracking Number?
Once we receive your order information, you will receive a tracking number for your order in 2-3 business days. The USPS tracking number will be emailed to you separately. The tracking number will allow you to track your package from our door to yours. Please allow 2-3 days for the shipment scan to update. You can also view the status of your order and tracking number by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
Q: Can I Return or Exchange Items?

Q: I Ordered a Custom Jersey, When Will I Receive My Order? 
Authentic Home and Road Custom Jerseys take an additional 14 business days to be customized with authentic lettering. Reverse Retro Custom Jerseys take an additional 45 days. Jerseys are sent to our Official Jersey Decorator, then your selected jersey letter and numbering is cut, decorated, heat sealed, and then shipped out directly to you. We work diligently to get your custom jersey to you. Please understand due to COVID-19 safety protocols and shipping delays, the jersey could be delayed. Please note that all personalized items, including jerseys cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.

Q. Where Do You Ship Orders? 
FLA Team Shop currently ships to the U.S., Canada and UK. All orders ship via USPS. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders to Canada and UK could be delayed due to other countries COVID-19 restrictions.
Q: When Will FLA Team Shop Ship My Item?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Most US orders ship from FLA Team Shop within 2-3 business days of placement. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail once your order has been packaged for shipment with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for the shipment scan to update. You can also view the status of your order and tracking number by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
If there should be any circumstance beyond the carriers control (weather, natural disasters, etc.) your delivery may be delayed. These situations do not allow us to refund costs. We have the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason. Prices on FLATeamShop.com are subject to change without notice.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping may be delayed. We're working around the clock to ensure that packages are shipped as quickly as possible. We expect most US orders to be delivered within 3-7 business days. Canada and UK orders are subject to the country of delivery's COVID-19 and customs protocols.
Q: What is the Cost of Standard Shipping? International Shipping?

Yes! FLA Team Shop offers a 25% discount for Full Season Ticket Members and a 10% discount for Half Season Ticket Members. The discount does not apply to sale items or game-used merchandise.
